These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by DW Roofing Services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

DW Roofing Services provides professional roofing and guttering services across Manchester, including but not limited to:

  • Flat roofing and felt roofing systems
  • Roof tiling and slate roofing
  • Leadwork and roof windows installation
  • Guttering, fascias and soffits
  • Roof cleaning and repointing
  • Industrial and steel roofing

2. Quotations

All quotations provided are free and without obligation. Quotes are valid for a reasonable period unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the original scope.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of work. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional charges.

4. Guarantees

All work carried out by DW Roofing Services is fully guaranteed. The guarantee covers workmanship and applies under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, third-party interference, or lack of maintenance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide clear access to the property during agreed working hours
  • Inform us of any known structural or safety concerns
  • Ensure payment is made according to agreed terms

6. Liability

DW Roofing Services is fully insured with public liability cover. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not directly related to the agreed work.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel scheduled work, reasonable notice must be provided. Cancellation after materials have been purchased may result in charges to cover costs incurred.

9. Insurance & Third-Party Work

Where work is carried out on behalf of insurance companies, landlords, or estate agents, additional documentation may be required. We will cooperate fully to ensure smooth processing.

10. Changes to Terms

DW Roofing Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
